Referral & Checks
Guarantor+ is introduced during the application process. The tenant is invited to complete a short application, allowing the process to begin quickly. Keeping the tenancy moving.
Cover
Once approved, the guarantee is in place. The guarantee protects the landlord but the tenant remains responsible for paying rent under the tenancy agreement.
