Salary: £25-30k (depending on experience) + Car allowance + Benefits

The role

As a Partner Account Trainer, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team in training our new partners to effectively introduce our Guarantee to landlords and tenants. With rapid growth planned this is a vital role within the business, helping ensure our partners are trained as effectively as possible.

There are two roles available which involved travel across the UK, one in the North and one in the South.

Duties will include

  • Training Partner branches and/or individual introducing agents, either directly or remotely via Webinar’s.
  • Coordinating the training with partners to ensure maximum numbers of attendees
  • Working effectively alongside the Partner Development Managers to ensure training is delivered in line with Partner requirements
  • Carry out follow up work to ensure training has been effective
  • Build strong rapport with letting agents/branches
  • Help fine tune and enhance current training to ensure it is effective

Key Competencies

  • Previous experience of field based, face to face training.
  • Experience of remote training via webinar would be highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of or experience in the property sector would be ideal
  • Ability to carry out highly effective but high-volume training
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly organised and excellent time management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A team player
  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Salesforce highly desirable.
